Meeting Format

We meet between September and June every 2nd, 4th (and 5th) Tuesday at
19:55.  
The meeting starts at 20:00 sharp and finishes at 22:00

The standard meeting is as follows:
  1. Welcome to members and guests and registration
  2. Introduce roles for the evening (timer, poetmaster, etc)
  3. Speeches (usually four)
  4. Break for tea / coffee, biscuits
  5. Topics Session (guests may contribute)
  6. Evaluation of meeting, speakers and officers.
  7. Close & Repair to bar for refreshments

In addition there are competitions throughout the year including "Tall Tales",
"Humorous Speech", "International Speech", "Evaluation"  and an annual debate.

Do come along, you will be most welcome.

We also have an annual sponsored Christmas Party and a Summer Outing for
members and friends.
